The allegations in opposition to Armstrong were being originally brought inside of a whistleblower complaint submitted in June 2010 by Floyd Landis, a previous teammate of Armstrong, who admitted that he, too, had participated in PED use as member on the USPS-sponsored group. Landis filed his criticism under the qui tam provisions with the False Cl
